These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RavenDash (the “Service”), a product operated by Michael Reynolds LLC (“RavenDash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
RavenDash lets accounting professionals connect a client’s QuickBooks Online company and generate a live financial dashboard that the professional can share with that client via a private link. The Service displays financial information; it does not modify your or your clients’ accounting records.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. QuickBooks Online integration
The Service connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized API. Your use of QuickBooks data through RavenDash is also subject to Intuit’s applicable terms. You represent that you have the authority to connect each QuickBooks company you link to the Service and to display that company’s financial information to the people you share it with. You may disconnect a QuickBooks company at any time from within the Service.
4. Client dashboards and share links
When you create a client dashboard, the Service generates a unique, hard-to-guess link. Anyone who has that link can view that client’s dashboard. You are solely responsible for deciding who receives a share link and for revoking or regenerating links as needed. You can pause sharing or regenerate a link at any time, which immediately invalidates the previous URL.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party’s rights;
- Connect a QuickBooks company you are not authorized to access;
- Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or client dashboards;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvent its security;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
6. Fees
The Service may be offered free of charge or on a paid basis. If we introduce fees, we will give you notice and an opportunity to review them before they apply to your account.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Michael Reynolds LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data and the financial data you access through the Service. You may upload your firm’s logo and branding; you represent that you have the right to use it.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RavenDash is a data-display tool and does not provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. Financial figures shown are derived from QuickBooks Online and may be affected by the state of the underlying records, API availability, or timing. You should independently verify any figures before relying on them for business or financial decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Reynolds LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your QuickBooks connections are revoked and associated tokens are deleted.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
